Job Type Comission Based Salary $100k/year - 150k/year Location Inwood, NY The Billing Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of ABA billing operations, ensuring accurate claims submission, strong collections performance, and full compliance with Medicaid and commercial payor regulations. This role requires hands on management of the billing cycle while supervising a billing team to maintain productivity and accuracy. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of NYS Medicaid billing requirements, understands authorization tracking and compliance, and is comfortable analyzing aging reports to reduce outstanding receivables. Strong systems thinking and the ability to implement process improvements are essential in this growing organization.
