Must have advanced, hands on expertise with Monday.com, including building workflows, automations, and dashboards, along with strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis. This role requires full ownership of internal systems and workflow architecture, ensuring operational alignment, automation, and leadership visibility. The ideal candidate is highly tech savvy, analytical, and experienced in optimizing processes, building scalable systems, and driving measurable efficiency improvements. This is a hands on, in office position for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and operational strategy.
