A leading financial services provider supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities is looking for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead and manage the A/R process across multiple facilities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, collections, reconciliations, and integration of A/R into financial reporting.
You’ll supervise corporate, regional, and facility-level staff, oversee billing and collections processes, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations. The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare A/R experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with executive leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role that may require travel.

Manage corporate, regional, and facility A/R staff for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities
Oversee billing, collections, reconciliations, and month-end financial close
Monitor receivables and aging reports; conduct audits and ensure compliance
Analyze bad debt and track payer types, providing solutions for problem accounts
Ensure integration of A/R data into financial systems
Collaborate with business office managers and executive leaders to optimize processes
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an A/R Director or Supervisor for Skilled Nursing Facilities
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care billing, and CMS regulations
Familiarity with healthcare billing systems, resident trust management, and Medicaid pending
Proven management experience with the ability to lead and mentor teams
Strong month-end close and reconciliation experience
Ability to multi-task between projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to travel as needed
