The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of the business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company continues to grow. This role requires deep knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem, strong operational judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations across all sales channels, with primary focus on Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
Manage and optimize Amazon listings, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment processes (FBA and FBM)
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policies
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, shipments, and customer experience
Coordinate workflows between internal teams including customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and marketing
Develop, document, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Act as the main point of contact for operational decision-making and execution
Support new product launches from an operational standpoint
Maintain organization and accountability across all operational workflows
5–7 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with significant exposure to Amazon operations
Deep, practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Strong understanding of FBA, FBM, inventory management, and Amazon compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound operational decisions
Comfortable working full time in an in-office setting in Brooklyn
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience managing workflows, processes, and cross-functional collaboration
