We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to drive growth within the nursing home and long-term care market. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on nursing homes and long-term care facilities
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities
Build, manage, and maintain strong partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with facility leadership
Identify client needs and position solutions that align with their operational goals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Proven sales experience within the nursing home, skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care industry
Existing network and contacts within long-term care facilities strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a full sales cycle
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
High earning potential with uncapped commission structure
