Job Type Comission Based Salary $80k/year - 120k/year Location Newark, NJ The QA Tester will be responsible for validating new features, testing bug fixes, and ensuring system enhancements meet business and functional requirements prior to release. This role works closely with developers, product owners, and support teams to identify issues, verify functionality, and maintain high software quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring software performs exactly as intended. The QA Tester will play a hands on role throughout the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, testing cycles, and release validation.
