Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Lead due diligence efforts, including site assessments, zoning analyses, and environmental reviews. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place. Review and approve construction documents, contractor invoices, and change orders. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Collaborate with finance, legal, and asset management teams. Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
