The Private Label Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple private label brands with end-to-end accountability for sales, margin, profitability, and category growth. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive brand strategy, develop roadmaps, manage sourcing and manufacturing, and execute successful product launches while ensuring long-term brand success.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced environments, with the ability to collaborate across executive, operational, and commercial teams while managing complex projects and vendor relationships.

Own a portfolio of private-label brands with accountability for performance, profitability, and category penetration
Build and execute brand and product strategies to strengthen brand equity and long-term growth
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and sourcing through launch, performance tracking, and end-of-life
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Executives, Marketing, Operations, Vendors, Category Managers, Inventory Planning, and Customer Service
Develop brand strategy, product roadmaps, multi-year plans, and financial projections
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to guide product decisions and positioning
Guide New Product Planning (NPP) and manage New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through launch
Define product and quality standards; manage overseas sourcing, manufacturing, QA/QC, and vendor relationships
Drive pricing models, margin analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer-facing messaging
Support marketing, packaging, and promotional planning and ensure Customer Service readiness
Manage supply chain alignment, purchase order issues, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and brand/roadmap reviews; identify risks and growth opportunities
Deliver annual bottom-up project budgets and financial planning
Mentor and develop Assistant Product Managers
Manage Amazon Seller Central including listings optimization, A+ content, and marketplace performance
Product management and product development experience in hard goods or consumer electronics
Understanding of international sourcing and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Proven project-management skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or database systems
