Director of Coordination (Home Care) Brooklyn, NY $150K | Onsite Mon–Thu 9:00–5:00, Fri 9:00–4:00 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Coordination to lead and scale a high-volume home care coordination operation. This role oversees a layered team structure and is critical to ensuring cases are fully staffed, hours are not missed, and patients receive consistent, high-quality care. The Director of Coordination plays a key role in patient retention, operational stability, and continued organizational growth within a large, fast-paced home care environment.
