Call Center Supervisor
A homecare clinic is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead its high-volume call center operations and ensure excellent patient communication and service.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily operations of a high-volume call center
Manage and supervise a large team of call center staff
Optimize communication workflows and call handling processes
Ensure patients receive professional and timely support
Monitor team performance and maintain service standards
Implement improvements to increase efficiency and responsiveness
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience supervising call center or customer service teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized with strong operational oversight
Salary : $75k - $85k/Year
