This role focuses on transforming ideas into structured, well documented, and launch ready solutions by conducting research, creating technical documentation, and supporting prototype development. The R&D Engineer will work closely with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product concepts are properly designed, validated, and prepared for production. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while coordinating across departments. This role requires strong technical documentation skills, hands on experience with CAD and 3D tools, and the ability to support product testing, prototyping, and development processes in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
