Director of Fundraising Location: Tri-State Area Full-Time Salary: $150,000+ Base + Commission A growing nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising to lead and expand its fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building strong relationships with donors and partners, and driving new funding opportunities to support the organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow donations and sponsorships Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations Lead fundraising campaigns, special events, and community initiatives Identify and pursue grant opportunities and oversee proposal submissions Manage and mentor the fundraising team while collaborating with leadership Track fundraising performance and provide regular reporting on progress and goals Qualifications 5+ years of fundraising experience with a proven record of securing major donations and partnerships Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills Experience with fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and grant management Fluent in Yiddish required Must be located within the Tri-State area
