Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with floral shops, retailers, event planners, and wholesalers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory Present and promote the company’s floral products and offerings Manage accounts, follow up on orders, and ensure strong customer satisfaction Travel within the territory to meet clients and grow the business Compensation & Benefits Commission-only structure with very strong earning potential End-of-year bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales goals Travel expenses partially covered Qualifications Proven sales experience required Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Willingness to travel within the Brooklyn–Pennsylvania region
