Case Manager – Medical Referral Organization Locations across the Tri-State Area (Brooklyn to Upstate NY) Full-Time | In Office Salary: $80K–$120K DOE A respected non-profit medical referral organization is seeking dedicated Case Managers to help individuals and families navigate complex medical situations and connect them with the care and resources they need. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient, compassionate, and highly organized, with a strong desire to help others during difficult times.
