Case Manager – Medical Referral Organization Locations across the Tri-State Area (Brooklyn to Upstate NY) Full-Time | In Office Salary: $80K–$120K DOE A respected non-profit medical referral organization is seeking dedicated Case Managers to help individuals and families navigate complex medical situations and connect them with the care and resources they need. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient, compassionate, and highly organized, with a strong desire to help others during difficult times. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in navigating medical referrals and healthcare resources Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers Provide support and guidance to patients and families Handle sensitive situations with care, discretion, and professionalism Respond to urgent situations and medical emergencies when they arise Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up Qualifications Fluent Yiddish required (strong speaking ability) Knowledge of the medical field preferred, but not required for candidates with strong interest and understanding Customer service experience preferred Must be calm, patient, compassionate, and quick-thinking Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Schedule Full-time, in-office position Must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives while working with a dedicated team supporting the community.
