IT Technical Support Specialist ? Montvale, NJ (On-Site) ? Full-Time, Corporate Office ? $32–$36/hour DOE We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support to our corporate team and remote property offices. This role is perfect for someone with around 3–4 years of IT experience who enjoys troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues while supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level support via phone, email, remote, and in-person Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding for new employees Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems Maintain IT ticketing system, asset management, and documentation Ensure IT security procedures are followed, including MFA, antivirus, and updates Assist in cybersecurity best practices across corporate and property locations Qualifications 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in multi-site or customer-facing environments Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and business applications Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Excellent communication, patience, and customer service skills Preferred: Experience in property management or real estate Familiarity with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) Basic knowledge of networks, switches, and VPNs Relevant certifications like A+ or Network+ This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional travel to local properties and some after-hours support for urgent IT issues.
