Project Manager – Construction Location: Englewood NJ In-Office (Full-Time) Salary: $100K starting, growth potential We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires active project management experience; training will only cover company-specific processes and the particular line of construction. After 6–12 months, there is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing the full PM team. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning through completion Use Excel and takeoff/estimating software to track costs, schedules, and resources Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to optimize workflow and project performance Participate in company-specific process training Qualifications Proven construction project management experience required Strong knowledge of Excel and takeoff/estimating programs Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills This is a full-time, in-office role with travel expenses negotiable and clear growth to project management leadership.
