Property Management Trainer
Company Trainer – Property Management ? Full-Time, In Office (some travel to properties may be required) ? Salary: $110K–$130K DOE We’re looking for a corporate trainer with multifamily property management experience to lead and elevate company-wide training programs. This role is perfect for someone who understands leasing, maintenance, compliance, and operational expectations and can translate that into structured, impactful learning for teams at all levels. Key Responsibilities Design, create, and deliver role-specific training programs for all departments Develop training materials, syllabi, and resources for both in-person and virtual sessions Oversee onboarding and ongoing training, maintaining calendars and tracking completion Collaborate with department heads and regional managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance outcomes Identify training gaps and recommend enhancements aligned with company goals Travel to properties for on-site training as needed Qualifications Proven experience in multifamily property management (3+ years preferred) Previous experience in training, onboarding, or instructional roles Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and virtual training platforms Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and industry compliance standards a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to shape and elevate learning across a growing property management organization.
