Director of Talent Acquisition Brooklyn, NY (On-Site) $120,000 base + commission Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the internal hiring function. This role requires strong operational experience, the ability to build processes and structure, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage people, workflows, and hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will own the hiring function end-to-end, build and level a team, and create the systems that drive consistent, scalable hiring.
