Office Administrator
A restoration company is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations, customer coordination, and financial processes.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer phones and provide customer support
Manage company email inbox and coordinate scheduling
Handle payroll, collections, invoicing, and estimates
Perform basic bookkeeping including entering bills and transactions
Send and follow up on work authorizations
Track claim status with public adjusters and prepare insurance reports
Maintain logs, documentation, and job-related records
Pay vendors and order materials and equipment
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable handling administrative and financial tasks
Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or similar systems preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workflows
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Salary : $25 - $35/Hour
