A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Optimization Associate to support supply chain improvements, product catalog accuracy, and logistics efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities Include: Review product and packaging data including sizes, weights, and dimensions Identify inconsistencies in product catalog and logistics data Assist with optimizing product flow from purchasing through warehouse handling and Amazon fulfillment Study the full product catalog to understand product requirements and logistics needs Work alongside warehouse staff to understand current workflows Identify opportunities to improve efficiency such as box sizing, pallet layouts, and storage utilization Support operational improvements across multiple small projects Ideal Qualifications: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tools Analytical mindset with strong observation skills Interested in operations, logistics, and supply chain processes Proactive and eager to learn operational systems Able to collaborate with warehouse and operations teams Salary: $50k - $60k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Yosef@bhirednyc.com
