Senior National Title Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced title insurance coordinator with advanced skills
communicating and working with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Candidates should have
in-depth knowledge of Title Reports and closing procedures. They should be committed to
providing clients with a smooth and stress-free closing transaction for buyers, sellers and
lenders.
A senior national title insurance coordinator manages the complexities of title insurance across
various locations, ensuring seamless title searches, document review, and closing processes,
often for commercial transactions. They act as a central point of contact, coordinating with
underwriters, clients, lenders, and vendors, ultimately ensuring accurate and compliant
closings.
We will not consider anyone who does not have national title experience, and experience
should be at least 5 or more years with a focus on commercial deals. Depending on experience
the salary range is $150K - $200K
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing title insurance products, ensuring compliance with Purchase/Sale Agreements,
and managing the closing process for commercial and residential transactions.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all parties involved, resolving inquiries, and
ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Analyzing and reviewing title search results, commitments, policies, and endorsements,
working with in-house legal teams or agency counsel when necessary.
Training others and building a robust national closing department.
Closing Support:
Preparing closing statements, confirming financial figures, and assisting with the
settlement and disbursement of funds.
Compliance Regulations:
Ensuring compliance with title insurance regulations and industry standards
Client Relations:
Addressing client inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing excellent customer service
throughout the process.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients,
underwriters, and legal counsel
A solid understanding of title insurance products, closing procedures, and relevant legal
regulations
Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and thoroughness are essential for ensuring the accuracy of title searches and
closing documents.
Organizational Time Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
