The VP of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee financial operations and build scalable revenue cycle systems to support rapid organizational growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive will design processes that improve billing performance, eliminate backlogs, strengthen payer relationships, and ensure multi-state compliance while driving financial sustainability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and forward-thinking leader with deep RCM knowledge, strong operational execution, and experience building teams and implementing technology across a fast-growing healthcare environment.

Design and scale revenue cycle processes to support rapid organizational growth
Optimize billing, collections, and claims workflows across multiple states
Lead payer contracting, credentialing structure, and compliance readiness
Oversee implementation and optimization of billing and ERP platforms
Build and mentor leadership teams across credentialing, records, and operations
Develop real-time financial reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards
Ensure audit-ready systems and strict financial integrity
2–8+ years of healthcare finance experience
Minimum 2 years in revenue cycle management and 2 years in senior leadership
Experience scaling multi-state healthcare operations (behavioral health a plus)
Expertise in CPT coding, medical necessity, Medicaid programs, and payer processes
Proficiency with ERP and healthcare billing platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred
Strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills
