The Senior Sales Director will drive national growth for a rapidly expanding food and beverage portfolio, overseeing strategy, key account acquisition, and sales execution across major retail, grocery, and club channels.
This is a senior level, high impact role requiring deep CPG industry experience and strong long standing relationships with top tier national buyers.
The ideal candidate has built their career inside large, well known food manufacturing companies, with extensive experience selling into major U.S. retailers on a national scale. They must be able to open new doors, expand existing relationships, and lead a high performing sales team while partnering closely with marketing and operations.

Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies across major retailers and club chains
Secure and grow partnerships with national accounts, distributors, and large buyers
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet aggressive revenue goals
Manage high level relationships with major retail buyers such as Costco, ShopRite, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc
Partner with marketing and product teams to support launches and promotions
Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics
Represent the company at national trade shows, meetings, and industry events
Travel approximately 50 percent across the U.S.
10+ years senior sales leadership experience inside large food manufacturing companies
Proven success selling into major national retailers (Costco, ShopRite, Walmart, Target, etc.)
Deep relationships with national buyers and strong understanding of retail operations
Demonstrated ability to scale sales on a multimillion dollar level
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel nationally and work in a hybrid structure
