Create mood boards and visual concepts to capture creative direction. Select fabrics, colors, and trims to bring each concept to life. Work closely with the production team to ensure samples meet design and quality standards. Provide creative input across marketing visuals, photoshoots, and campaigns. Stay ahead of fashion trends and propose new ideas that keep the brand innovative. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Travel to the office as needed for fittings, design meetings, and creative sessions. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, Design Lead, or Creative Director. Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and commercial awareness. Exceptional eye for detail, color, and trend forecasting. Skilled in sketching, fabric selection, and creating mood boards (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance creativity with business strategy. Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to the Brooklyn office.
