Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain full ownership of personal and team sales pipelines.
Sell B2B service solutions to mid-market organizations and executive leaders.
Participate in key deals to help move and close opportunities.
Oversee CRM management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Implementation to ensure client success.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as the team expands.
Drive accountability and foster a culture of motivation, growth, and excellence.
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in professional or outsourced service industries.
Experience leading or developing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable with CRM systems.
Analytical and data-focused with the ability to coach through metrics.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales leadership.

Base Salary: $100,000/year
Commission: 20% on personal sales (first term) and 5% on team sales
Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $190,000–$220,000+
