Provide actionable review comments and mentor preparers on corrections and best practices. Validate key tax areas such as cross-border transactions, stock-based compensation, R&D incentives, ownership reporting, and multistate exposure. Identify risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions. Contribute to continuous process improvement by refining review checklists, templates, and workflows. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of technical accuracy and client service. Active CPA license with 5+ years of U.S. corporate tax experience. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal corporate tax compliance. Hands-on experience with Forms 1120, 1120-F, 5471, 5472, and state corporate returns. Exposure to cross-border issues, consolidated returns, and partnerships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with technology-based workflows. Positive attitude and the ability to mentor and lead by example.
