Graphic Designer
Our client, a women’s fashion brand, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in fashion-driven visual design, packaging production, and brand storytelling across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling catalogs, sell sheets, packaging, retail displays, and digital assets while translating creative direction into precise production-ready files that maintain brand consistency and deliver a premium visual experience across marketing and merchandising channels. Responsibilities: Design and produce fashion-forward catalogs, sell sheets, packaging, and in-store displays from concept development through final production-ready execution. Translate creative direction into precise print-ready mechanicals, including dielines, structural packaging layouts, and display production files. Develop and execute innovative packaging and retail display concepts that support seasonal campaigns and align with brand aesthetics. Stay current on fashion, editorial, packaging, and competitor design trends to continually elevate the brand’s visual identity. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, copy, web, and sales to deliver cohesive creative assets. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale, incorporate feedback effectively, and refine creative to deliver high-quality brand experiences. Prepare, retouch, and manipulate images for print production while ensuring all assets meet prepress and print specifications. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 3 years working within the fashion or beauty industry producing marketing and packaging materials. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with at least 5 years of experience creating print-ready and digital design assets. Demonstrated experience developing packaging systems and cardboard displays with at least 3 years of hands-on work using dielines, comping techniques, and structural layouts. Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-forward design, packaging, catalogs, and brand presentation materials that reflect advanced typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Advanced knowledge of print production processes including color management, prepress preparation, file setup, and vendor-ready packaging files developed over 4+ years. Exceptional typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills with the ability to translate flat designs into dimensional packaging and retail display experiences. Highly organized project management abilities with at least 3 years of experience managing multiple creative projects and meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions, incorporate feedback, and work effectively with creative, marketing, and production teams.
