HR Coordinator ? Montvale, NJ (Full-Time, In Office Non Exempt) Salary: Base 70k-80k DOE We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with candidates and employees, and has strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding (?2/3 of role) Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruiting efforts Post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews Communicate with candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience Support pre-hire processes and onboarding activities HR Administration & Office Support (?1/3 of role) Coordinate training schedules across departments Manage HR calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders Track employee anniversaries, certifications, and trainings Support HR projects, engagement programs, and events Provide general HR and office support as needed Qualifications 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience Experience with resume screening, scheduling, and candidate communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Paylocity HRIS or ATS systems a plus This is a full-time in-office role supporting end-to-end HR operations and recruitment across the company.
