Salary: ~$150K+ (based on experience) + bonus potential A large property management group is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial performance and strategic management of a multifamily property portfolio located across the Mid-South and Southeast. This role requires a strong financial and analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate property performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with property management teams to maximize asset value. Key Responsibilities Oversee the financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties Analyze financial reports, budgets, and KPIs to ensure assets meet performance targets Develop and implement asset management strategies to improve value and cash flow Work closely with property management teams to improve occupancy, operations, and tenant retention Manage and evaluate capital improvement and renovation projects Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and asset dispositions Qualifications 4+ years of experience as an Asset Manager or Regional Property Manager overseeing multifamily assets Strong financial and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Experience managing out-of the Tri State area multifamily portfolios a MUST Ability to travel 6–8 days per month to properties Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker Compensation & Benefits Base salary: ~$150K+ depending on experience Performance & year-end bonuses 401(k) with company match Health and dental insurance Generous PTO Travel expenses covered This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong finance and operations background in multifamily real estate who wants to play a key role in driving portfolio performance.
