Bookkeeping Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeping Specialist to be responsible for bookkeeping and financial record management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and hands-on bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls Support audits and provide documentation as needed Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies Collaborate with management to improve financial processes Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial specialist role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
