Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Northvale, NJ Salary: $115,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage logistics while maintaining clear communication with trucking companies and drivers. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution Maintain accurate inventory levels using basic computer and inventory management systems Plan and coordinate daily workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity Communicate directly with trucking companies and drivers to coordinate shipments and deliveries Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring and termination when necessary Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Make quick decisions and adjust plans as needed in a fast-paced environment Operate a forklift as needed to support warehouse operations Schedule & Availability On-site hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Must be available by phone: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to plan ahead and adapt quickly to changes Basic computer skills, including inventory management systems Excellent communication skills, especially with logistics partners Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Forklift operation experience required Additional Requirements Highly responsible and dependable Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
