Office Manager Assistant
Location: New Jersey, Ocean County Compensation: Up to $60K+ depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, On-Site in Brick New Jersey About Us: We’re a growing IT MSP looking for an Office Manager Assistant who can help keep our operations organized and running smoothly. If you’re someone who likes bringing order to busy environments, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in follow-through, you’ll fit right in. You don’t need to be technical, although that is a plus — but you do need to be comfortable working around technical people and helping things stay moving. What You’ll Do Keep schedules, tasks, and follow-ups organized for executives and the operations team Track client onboarding and migration progress so nothing slips Follow up with technicians and team members to ensure tasks get completed Maintain checklists, intake trackers, and simple documentation Coordinate with engineers to make sure everything is ready before client work begins Keep internal records tidy and up to date Help improve internal processes and documentation as we grow Occasionally help with small local drop-offs or pickups when something needs to be delivered or sent out Be available from time to time for infrequent weekend support during client go-lives or transitions or for other coverage When needed help get equipment ready for transport keeping track of what is shipping to what client Keep daily intake logs of incoming items What You Bring Experience in administrative support, operations, coordination, or similar roles Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and similar applications Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep things moving without being micromanaged Clear, professional communication — written and verbal A calm, steady approach when things get busy Comfortable working with technical teams and translating “what needs to happen” into action Comfortable working in an environment where there are moments of high activity, moving parts, people, and a bit of controlled chaos Interest in growing into a larger operations role over time Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required) Experience creating or updating SOPs, checklists, or internal documentation Familiarity with structured workflows or project tracking
