Job Type Comission Based Salary $100k/year - 150k/year Location Newark, NJ A growing company is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to build and maintain scalable applications that support both internal operations and customer facing systems. This role requires a hands on developer who can contribute across both front end and back end while working closely with product, QA, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of features end to end, from planning and development through testing, deployment, and post release support. This role involves working in a collaborative environment where developers are expected to contribute to technical discussions, identify risks early, and continuously improve systems and processes. This position is best suited for someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and focused on building reliable, high quality software.
