Job Type Comission Based Salary $80k/year - 110k/year Location Newark, NJ A Custom Shop is seeking a Shop Floor Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure that work is flowing properly through production. This role is hands on and based on the shop floor, working closely with operators and supervisors to keep jobs organized, tracked, and moving correctly. The ideal candidate understands how a manufacturing floor operates and can step in to solve problems, keep things running smoothly, and make sure processes are being followed. This person will help ensure that jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed while maintaining organization and accuracy across the shop. This is a key role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable being on the floor, working directly with teams, and staying on top of multiple moving parts in a custom production environment.
