This role is hands on and based on the shop floor, working closely with operators and supervisors to ensure jobs are moving correctly through production. The ideal candidate has experience in CNC or a similar manufacturing environment and understands how production workflows operate. This person will help keep jobs organized, ensure accurate tracking, and step in to resolve issues that may affect production flow. This is a key role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable being on the floor, managing multiple moving parts, and keeping operations running efficiently.
