The Shop Ambassador will play a key role on the shop floor, ensuring that manufacturing systems are used correctly and consistently across departments. This role serves as the bridge between production teams and internal technology groups, helping identify issues, communicate operational needs, and support smooth system usage. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with operators, supervisors, and managers while ensuring systems and processes are functioning efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing workflows, enjoys solving problems, and can support teams by helping them properly use internal systems and tools to keep production running smoothly.
