About the Role:
We are looking for a detail‐oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our
team in a dual‐focus role. If you are someone who "lives for the details" and thrives on the
responsibility of getting the job done right, you will find a professional and welcoming home here.
In this Heimish office environment, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial accuracy and inventory management for our tile projects and showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Data Entry: Accurately entering accounts payable (vendor invoices) and accounts
receivable into our software.
• Job Costing & Invoicing: Tracking project‐specific costs (shipping, labor, and supplies) and
assisting in generating customer invoices.
• Inventory Ownership: Maintaining accurate system data for product stock levels, lead times,
and special orders.
• Vendor Coordination: Matching invoices against packing lists/POs and resolving any
discrepancies in shipments or pricing.
Qualifications :
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Prior experience in a professional office.
