We are seeking a dynamic and people-centered HR Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our office. This individual will act as a trusted leader, natural connector, and go-to resource for employees.
The HR Manager will focus on fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture, building strong relationships, and supporting team members in their day-to-day experience. This role is less about compliance and more about connection, communication, and creating an environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a visible, approachable leader and primary point of contact for employee needs
Build strong relationships across teams and proactively support employee engagement
Drive a positive office culture through initiatives, events, and ongoing touchpoints
Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor for employees and managers
Partner with leadership to support team cohesion and morale
Help onboard new employees and ensure a welcoming, smooth integration into the company
