Title Coordinator Assistant
Key responsibilities of this role entail
Providing on-going support to the senior coordinator throughout the workday
Responding to directions given by the senior coordinator
Careful monitoring of daily email correspondence and responding when required
Preparing Owner's and Loan Policies for purchase and refinance transactions for review
by senior coordinator
Assisting with the preparation and sending out of Invoices/CDs in preparation for real
estate closings
Compiling closing packages
Ordering searches
Updating title reports with new search information
Scheduling closings and updating the closing calendar
Ensuring that packages and recordables are received complete from closing in a timely
manner
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Title experience is not required but can be beneficial
Knowledge of modern office equipment, procedures, and methods
Knowledge of principles necessary for providing customer service
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Able to write and speak in a professional manner
Capable of performing effectively under remote guidance
