We are seeking a high-energy, aggressive Sales Leader to take the reins of our sales team and drive top-line revenue growth. This is an executive-level opportunity for a "hunter" who lives for the details of a deal and thrives on the responsibility of hitting ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
•Leadership & Coaching: Actively coach a 5-person sales team, providing deal inspection and high-performance feedback to maximize productivity.
•Strategic Goal Setting: Create and implement aggressive, measurable goals to drive both monthly and annual revenue growth.
•Performance Accountability: Cultivate a winning culture by holding reps accountable to outcomes and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
•Talent Acquisition: Own the on-boarding of top-performing sales talent.
Qualifications:
•Experience: A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling winning sales teams.
•Skills: Exceptional mentorship abilities; you know how to turn a "good" rep into a "great" one.
Compensation:
•High-base salary of $250K plus a performance-based commission structure tied to team success.
