Warehouse & Customer Service Associate
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support daily operations across warehouse management, order processing, and front counter service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both hands-on warehouse work and direct customer interaction. Responsibilities: Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and warehouse cleanliness Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments Prepare and stage orders for pickup or delivery Follow safety procedures and maintain an efficient workspace Take and process customer orders via phone, email, or in person Accurately enter orders into the system and confirm details Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment Track and update order status as needed Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases Handle transactions, invoices, and order pickups Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (order entry systems, email, etc.) Ability to lift and move materials as needed Hours of operation: 7AM to 5PM Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $100K
