Operations Manager
Our client, a financial services company is looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager. the operations manager will drive efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting deal execution, maintaining internal processes, and fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities: Monitor employee performance and accountability, working alongside team leaders to identify and resolve personnel-related issues. Ensure operational workflows run efficiently by tracking contracts, deals, and projects, and confirming timely submissions and follow-through. Facilitate clear communication between clients, sales teams, and internal staff to prevent delays and bottlenecks. Assist with deal management by addressing concerns during negotiation and execution phases. Review reports, documentation, and submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and readiness prior to final delivery. Support teams with complex client communications by providing guidance and structure. Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes and improve consistency across the organization. Oversee and manage the company’s Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking process, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with internal policies. Evaluate, implement, and oversee software solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency, including staff training and system integration. Track workflow progress to ensure all tasks and initiatives move forward without unnecessary delays. Carry out additional operational responsibilities as needed to support business objectives. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Experience in operations management or a similar role, preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfort and proficiency working with various software tools and operational systems. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $150K
