Paid Ads Specialist (TikTok / Meta / Google) Brooklyn, NY 80-100K Overview We’re looking to hire a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong preference for TikTok experience . This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, pays attention to details, and can think critically about what’s driving results. We’re flexible on background and experience level — but the person must be reliable, sharp, and easy to work with in a team environment . What You’ll Do Manage and optimize paid campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Google) Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments Test creatives, audiences, and messaging Identify trends and opportunities to improve results Stay organized across multiple campaigns Communicate clearly with team members on performance and next steps What We’re Looking For Experience running paid ads (TikTok preferred) Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces Communicates clearly and follows through Takes ownership of work and is comfortable being accountable for results Experience Guidelines (Flexible) Ideal: ~2+ years experience Open to: Candidates with Google Ads only Junior candidates (6–12 months experience) with strong potential ??
