This role is the central point of communication between our internal teams (detailing, purchasing, logistics) and the customer/job site. The Project Manager ensures that all moving parts stay aligned, timelines are met, and projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: · Project Ownership o Take full responsibility for projects once awarded through final delivery o Serve as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and job sites o Maintain clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle · Project Kickoff & Planning o Lead kickoff calls with customers at the start of each project o Align expectations, timelines, and deliverables with all stakeholders o Coordinate internally with detailing, purchasing, and logistics teams · Execution & Coordination o Ensure detailing/submittals are completed accurately and on time o Oversee purchasing to confirm materials are ordered correctly and on schedule o Coordinate with logistics to plan deliveries, packing, and trucking · Timeline & Performance Management o Track project timelines and ensure all tasks stay on schedule o Identify potential delays early and proactively address them o Keep all teams aligned and accountable · Problem Solving o Troubleshoot issues with vendors, customers, or internal teams o Resolve field issues, delivery challenges, or material discrepancies o Act quickly and decisively to keep projects moving forward Qualifications: · Experience in construction, preferably with exposure to job sites · Strong understanding of construction project flow and coordination · Excellent communication and relationship management skills · Highly organized with strong attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure · Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
