Office Admin Lakewood, NJ Full-Time | In-Office Salary: 65k-70k DOE A growing accounting firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows Assist with onboarding new hires, including setup of computers and equipment Handle scheduling, calendars, emails, and client correspondence Maintain office supplies, kitchenette, and vendor relationships Support executives and team members with general administrative tasks Manage front desk responsibilities, phone calls, and office coordination Qualifications Previous experience in office administration or office management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Strong computer skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers and administrative systems Bachelor’s degree preferred Benefits 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off This is a key role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and helping keep everything organized and running efficiently.
