A full time (or close to full time) Office Administrator is needed in Lakewood. Schedule is approximately 10 AM–4 PM. Must have prior office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions, proposals, and invoicing. QuickBooks experience preferred.
The Office Administrator will support daily operations by managing client communication, assisting with proposals, and ensuring timely follow up on invoices and payments. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
The ideal candidate is smart, detail oriented, and comfortable interacting with clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage administrative and financial tasks efficiently are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients professionally and handle inquiries
• Modify and prepare proposals as needed
• Request and follow up on invoice payments
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tracking
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support day to day office operations
