Construction Project Manager Locations: Brooklyn, NY (2 openings) | Bal Harbor / Miami, FL (1 opening) Salary: $85,000 $100,000 (based on experience) Company Overview We are a growing construction and development firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our portfolio includes both client builds and our own real estate developments. Most projects are located in Brooklyn, with select projects in South Florida. We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee individual job sites. Each PM is fully dedicated to one site and is responsible for driving execution, coordination, and accountability from start to finish. Position Summary The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary manager for an assigned site, responsible for interpreting plans, coordinating vendors and trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires strong construction knowledge and the ability to manage the full scope of a build, including superstructure. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all site operations Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Create and manage project schedules Oversee superstructure and full building construction Maintain daily logs and project reports Track progress, issues, and milestones Ensure work is completed according to plans, schedule, and quality standards Communicate regularly with ownership and internal teams Required Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in construction project management or senior site supervision Strong ability to read and understand plans Experience managing vendors and subcontractors Knowledge of superstructure and full-building construction Experience preparing schedules and daily reports/logs Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage one project site independently Preferred (Not Required) CAD experience Experience with BuilderTrend (training available) Experience with Raikin or similar reporting tools Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,000 $100,000, depending on experience Opportunity to work on high-end projects Long-term growth potential with a stable company
