Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Manager to support commercial insurance accounts from submission through binding and ongoing servicing. This role works closely with the Underwriter to gather underwriting information, manage account documentation, coordinate proposals and financing, handle binding requirements, and take full ownership of the account after binding. Key Responsibilities: Collect and organize underwriting information, including loss runs, supplemental applications, and exposure details Track outstanding items and follow up with brokers to complete submissions Maintain accurate updates in EPIC and Asana Support quote review, financing agreements, and proposal preparation Manage binding paperwork, subjectivities, and post-bind requirements Service accounts after binding, including endorsements, renewals, and additional lines of coverage Qualifications: Experience in commercial insurance account management or underwriting support Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Excellent communication and attention to detail Experience with EPIC and Asana preferred
