Office Administrator
Our client, a medical equipment distributor and ecommerce company is looking to hire an office administrator Responsibilities: Assist leadership with ad hoc projects and operational tasks Manage emails, scheduling, and internal coordination as needed Help improve and streamline internal processes Handle a variety of day-to-day administrative duties to support company operations Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations Support internal financial tracking and reporting Coordinate with accounting as needed Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR tracking Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records Manage and track credentialing with insurance payers Monitor expirations, renewals, and required documentation Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements Track payer and vendor contracts and follow up on outstanding items Maintain organized records of agreements and communications Assist with resolving delays or issues with partners and payers Maintain fee schedules and pricing models in Excel Build and update reports, trackers, and dashboards Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative or operations experience (healthcare/DME preferred) Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, reporting, data management) Familiarity with credentialing, insurance processes, or medical billing is a plus Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and follow-up skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to take initiative Reliable with strong follow-through Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $70K
