Senior VP of Sales
Our client, a leading portable diagnostics provider delivering X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and echocardiogram services to patients across multiple states is looking to hire a Senior VP of Sales. The company partners with healthcare facilities, providers, and organizations to deliver essential diagnostic services with precision, responsiveness, and high standards of care. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking for a senior sales leader to help drive expansion, strengthen key partnerships, and lead our sales organization at a strategic level. The Senior Vice President of Sales will lead and oversee the company’s sales and marketing function. This role is responsible for managing and developing the existing sales team, expanding relationships with current clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving the overall sales strategy in alignment with company leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare sales experience, a proven ability to lead teams, and the executive presence required to represent the company with professionalism and credibility across the market. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the existing sales team, fostering accountability and high performance Establish clear sales goals, performance metrics, and reporting processes Coach team members to improve effectiveness, consistency, and client engagement Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, referral sources, and healthcare partners Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and new markets Drive new business development efforts while supporting long-term client retention Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company priorities Partner closely with executive leadership to support revenue growth and market expansion Provide insight into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs Support contract negotiations and client agreements Ensure a strong customer-first approach across all sales activities Qualifications: Extensive sales leadership experience within healthcare services Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $250K + commission
